The innovative EVO filter is a 3-in-1 solution that captures grease, odours, and moisture. It’s easily accessible with a simple tap in the central area, maintaining a clean, uninterrupted design.

The system consists of two components:

• A grease filter with six layers of aluminium, washable by hand or in the dishwasher.
• An odour filter made of reticulated polyurethane foam coated with spherical activated charcoal. This high-efficiency filter (up to 80%) is long-lasting and can be regenerated for up to three years.

To regenerate the filter, simply wash it by hand or in the dishwasher, then dry it in the oven at 75°C.
