Installation details
This 60 cm chimney cooker hood can be installed for ducted extraction or recirculation. A 150 mm air outlet is provided for external ducting. Allow a minimum clearance of 50 cm above an electric hob or 65 cm above a gas hob. Charcoal filtration is required when operating in recirculation mode.

Choose the AEG DKB4651M for powerful, straightforward extraction in a classic 60cm stainless-steel chimney design. Its ExtractionTech motor delivers up to 600m³/h airflow to clear steam and cooking odours effectively, while three fan speeds and simple mechanical controls keep operation easy.
With three mechanical push-button speed settings, the AEG DKB4651M provides a ducted extraction rate from 290m³/h to 600m³/h. It is suitable for removing steam, grease and cooking smells during everyday meal preparation.
For recirculating installation, the hood delivers an extraction rate from 280m³/h to 490m³/h. A charcoal filter is included and helps remove cooking smells before the cleaned air is returned to the kitchen. The charcoal filter needs replacing periodically.
Two aluminium mesh grease filters capture grease to help reduce odours, purify the air and support efficient hood performance. The metal filters are dishwasher-safe or can be washed by hand, and they never need replacing.
The AEG DKB4651M has a grease filter efficiency rating of C and an energy rating of B.
Mechanical push buttons provide simple control over the hood’s three speeds. Two LED stripe lights offer practical illumination across the hob, with a light temperature of 3000K. The lighting efficiency rating is A.
