Booster power of up to 7.3 kW can be divided between individual pots or combined for larger cookware, delivering especially fast heating when required. The Booster level provides extra power for quick, versatile cooking.
Six MultiSlide sliders provide precise, intuitive control of each pot or pan. The displays show power levels and timer settings clearly, allowing you to see cooking information at a glance. Each item of cookware is controlled using its own dedicated slider.
Intelligent pan recognition makes operation even more convenient. The control field is only visible when cookware is placed on the hob, maintaining its elegant appearance when not in use. When pots and pans are moved, the display follows their position for flexible operation. The size detection function also supports greater energy efficiency.
The Miele KM8595-2FL is M Sense ready, prepared for cooking and frying assistance with compatible M Sense cookware. M Sense pots and pans are designed to help prevent food from burning or boiling over, including when cooking pasta with the lid closed.
Predefined assistance programmes can be selected directly on compatible cookware. Synchronisation between the hob and cookware means no further adjustments are necessary.
Convenient additional functions help make cooking simpler. The Stop&Go function reduces all active zones to power level 1 at the touch of a button, ideal when you need to step away briefly. An auto switch-off function turns off a cooking zone automatically after the set time, while the keeping warm function helps dishes remain at the optimum serving temperature.
The Recall function saves your settings for 10 seconds, allowing you to restore them quickly after an interruption.
